How it works
There are three places, and you can see all three at once: Today, All and Rhythm. Capture is not a place — it is a bar that sits in the same spot on all three. What you capture becomes whatever you put inside it.

One bar for capturing and finding
Write a line and it is saved; write two words and it searches everything you have. Same bar, same spot, on every screen — ⌘K on the web. It works with no connection: what you write while offline is queued and lands when you come back.

Today
One timeline for the day, with your meetings and your work on the same line instead of in two apps. What you did not get to yesterday shows up to be moved or let go, and closing the day is a deliberate gesture, not an empty list.

All
Everything you have, seen through lenses: what has no date, what has a note, what has an amount, what you are waiting on from someone else. A lens is a saved question about the same list — not a folder you have to keep tidy.

One nab, many shapes
There are no seven kinds of item. Add steps and it reads as a project; write underneath and it reads as a notebook; give it an amount and it counts in your money view. You never choose a type, so you can never choose the wrong one.

Rhythm
Streaks, habits and the weekly review — the part that looks back. It is deliberately separate from the day so that missing a habit does not spill over the work you are actually doing.
